Ryan's Automotive was fantastic. We had to evacuate from the CZU fires and out AC went out on our way to Windsor. They were able to schedule us for the next day, and had it fixed within a few hours (with a 2 year guarantee!). Everyone was super friendly and they made the already stressful experience so much easier. 10/10 recommend.

As an auto parts professional in Sonoma County I appreciate doing business with Ryan's automotive. Ryan and Sheri, and now John are excellent people to do business with. They are kind, compassionate, understanding, and patient. Their knowledge and resources are nearly unmatched in today's automotive business. I love Ryan’s! It’s never a good occasion when you have to take your car in, but I know I am always taken care of and never talked down to/up sold on anything by anyone at Ryan and Cheri’s place. Whether my family is dropping off an old Jeep, a brand new sports car, or a work truck, I trust that Ryan’s will have it back on the road in no time. I was visiting from out of town and started hearing a weird noise. I wanted to get it checked out before I drove 12 hours back home. I was pleased that they offered a free inspection and that they were able to find the problem and fix it quickly! It gave me peace of mind as I was driving home.

Wow, talk about a different experience/perspective that I had vs. Ms. Barlin. I brought my truck into Ryan’s Automotive for service through an unfortunate & challenging event. I was greeted by Cheri who was absolutely polite, knowledgeable, quite capable and very willing to take the time necessary to help me navigate a delicate situation.
