There are two places within a reasonable distance that recalibrate interlock devices. Yesterday, I called on my way from work to make sure they would be open and was told that I don’t have to keep coming there, that there are other places I can go as if it’s an inconvenience for them to stay open till the time they’re supposed to stay open till. Last time I was there, I left a water bottle at their shop. They called to let me know it was there and said they’d hang onto it. They threw it out. They are pretty rude. I’ll be going to the one other place who provides the service from now on.

Anna, we close at 5 PM. I'm sorry if you arrived after 5PM on Friday and found we were closed. Thankfully there is a 6 day calibration count down on your unit before your vehicle shuts down, so you have some flexibility and can have your unit serviced first thing Monday when we open at 8AM. I apologize about your water bottle. Our waiting room can get cluttered up pretty quickly with things left behind. We do our very best to contact the owners of things left in the office, but if not picked up in a reasonable time frame we get rid of them. We held onto your water bottle for 30 days.

As usual Ryan and Cheri took great care in servicing our Toyota. They thoroughly explained what needed to be done and the car was ready as promised. We take all our cars to Ryan’s and highly recommend them to others.

Customer service very professional and efficiency well manner employees and the owners. Clean and neat facility providing a safe environment. The moment they take your keys to have your car serviced til given back afterwards, they are so professional and making sure the details are provided. And the smiling faces that will ease of even make your better. Would i be recommending their shop to anyone, yes of course...And with that say they sure deserve a big bold five stars and thumbs up!

DO NOT GO HERE! The owners are absolutely horrible people! They are outright rude and demeaning to their customers. I’m not sure how they stay in business. Please support small family businesses in Windsor, but certainly NOT THIS ONE! I’ve never been so appalled by such poor behavior and customer service. I understand people have a bad day, but read all other reviews of so many customers having this same horrible service experience and treatment by ownership!
