I love Ryan’s! It’s never a good occasion when you have to take your car in, but I know I am always taken care of and never talked down to/up sold on anything by anyone at Ryan and Cheri’s place. Whether my family is dropping off an old Jeep, a brand new sports car, or a work truck, I trust that Ryan’s will have it back on the road in no time. It’s valuable to have a mechanic you can really trust, and being able to say “here’s the keys, fix it!” Gives a ton of peace of mind.

I was visiting from out of town and started hearing a weird noise. I wanted to get it checked out before I drove 12 hours back home. I was pleased that they offered a free inspection and that they were able to find the problem and fix it quickly! It gave me peace of mind as I was driving home.

Wow, talk about a different experience/perspective that I had vs. Ms. Barlin. I brought my truck into Ryan’s Automotive for service through an unfortunate & challenging event. I was greeted by Cheri who was absolutely polite, knowledgeable, quite capable and very willing to take the time necessary to help me navigate a delicate situation. She informed me of everything I needed to know to be able to make the right decisions to effect a positive outcome and she made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. The work was completed on point, in a professional manner, in less time than was estimated and without any surprises (cost exactly what was quoted).
