I have been going to Ryan’s auto for over 8 years, I love the service, I recently brought my sons older Toyota truck fixer upper in, he believes in repairing things in our consumer driven society- I support that, I think for the most part Ryan’s does also, being a commercial business, they are extremely thorough- and honest. Save the project cars for shop class though- it felt like we were a pain and a waste of time- other less commercial mechanics support repairing old Toyota pick ups- but Ryan’s is for less beat up vehicles. I will continue to bring my Toyota 2012 to Ryan’s if I’m still close by. They do excellent work.
Hey Melissa, thank you for your review! We were happy to replace the water pump on your sons Toyota pickup. Hopefully fixing the coolant leak will keep her on the road for a little longer. I apologize if we sounded like your vehicle was a waste of time, or not as important. I can assure you we love all cars, even the old ones, and are more than happy to do whatever is needed to keep them on the road. Sometimes we discuss the cost of repairs versus the cost to replace the vehicle, so people can make an informed decision. If that came off as a repair we didn't want to do, we are deeply sorry! We hope to keep that Toyota pick up on the road for as long as you want!
