Ryans Automotive on Redwood Hwy in Wndsor is beyond spectacular, honest, and fair. They changed my oil, topped all of my fluids, rotated my tires and did a full diagnostic without suggesting to fix anything, just emailed a list of future potential issues for $105, not a penny over the quoted price. They were fast and it only took 45 minutes start to end. I love them. I will be using them in the future for all of my needs. To top it off, they give you an oil punch card so every 4th oil change is FREE. Go here. People who are complaining aren’t telling the full story. These people are kind and helpful and I am VERY naturally skeptical. 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This shop does solid , courteous , old- fashioned business , and they go the extra mile to keep your vehicle in top shape. I couldn’t ask for more .

I waited to write this review as I did not want to leave a bad review unless it was truly justifiable. Ryan’s Automotive tried to take advantage of me, they quoted me a price that was almost the value of my car. Luckily, I had the smarts to take my car else where and had it fixed for LESS THAN a 1/4 of the price!! I’ve been driving it for over a month now since I got it fixed (elsewhere), even went on a long road trip, and have had no issues. I would seriously dissuade anyone from using Ryan’s Automotive unless money is no object. They make true to the bad things people say about mechanics; it’s disheartening.

I'm sorry your experience with our shop was below expectations. I know the estimate for your Jaguar came in higher than you felt comfortable with, and you were very eager to have your vehicle towed out of the shop. In hindsight, contrary to your request, we should have not let the vehicle leave without first putting it back together. Again, I apologize for not controlling the situation better. Thank you for your feedback. Without feedback we can't look for ways to improve moving forward.
