Tresha I'm sorry we didn't meet your expectations! We've tried to call to resolve. No matter how hard we try to set and reach every customers expections we sometimes fall short. I know we diagnoised an issue with your BMW, however, you didn't move forward with the repair. We really would love the opportunity to earn back your business.

Excellent locally owned service shop

We brought our 2015 Subaru Crosstrek in for shocks and bushings. they replaced them and we brought the car back with problems of it pulling to the side and making a clunking noise. Apparently they forgot to tighten one one of the shock towers but gave us back the car anyway. I brought it back and they fixed the shock tower, but it still pulls to the side and makes weird clunky squeaking noises. I do not recommend this shop

If it was with us, all repairs are covered under a 2 year warranty and we would love to recheck your pulling concern. If there is any issue with the repairs we will correct at no cost to you. We hope to hear from you soon to resolve. We never want someone to pay for a repair but the issue isn't corrected. .

I Love Ryan's Automotive !! The few times I took my car to them, they did what needed to be done. The service was prompt and the prices were reasonable, not like my previous mechanic. Cheri is exceptional when it comes to dealing with the public. She's always upbeat and knowledgeable. She and Travis just helped me through a difficult decision with my car. There was no hope. I trusted their expertise and will be happy to take a newly purchased car to them. Can't forget Ryan, he's the best !

I have been going to them for years and I can’t say enough good things about these guys! Travis and Cheri are wonderful and so helpful and informative. We also love terry in the back, he always makes us laugh. Great family owned business. They’re honest, reliable and affordable.
