Santos I'm really sorry to hear about your experience with us. We should have verified pricing before we even started working on the car. That was definitely our bad and not our usual practice. We printed your forms from the Uber website, test drove the car, racked the car and did the full inspection, and completed the form. We took your vehicle back at 8:07AM and pulled it back up at 8:44AM. $72.80 is a half hour of our technicians time. We should have had that full conversation before we started. I tried to call you to resolve but it went to voicemail. When you have a minute please give us a call back. Thank you.
